the_beehive is a community-based space opera roleplaying game. Most of the action takes place in posts on the_beehive, but there's also a Discord for planning and general chatter here.

The approach is informal and there aren't many rules—the purpose is to have fun and hang out with friends. The setting is provided as a starting point and is designed to give players a lot of flexibility.

How to play

Read the information on the setting and create your character.
Either join an existing scene (post) on the_beehive or create a new one.
If creating a new scene, include a line at the top with the location and characters who are involved, for example: [Hadrian's Bar] [Hadrian, Anyone]. Since this is a small group, checking that someone is able to join your new scenes is a good idea.
If joining an existing scene, just check to make sure that you've read what's already been posted and join at a sensible spot.
